Ostriching

It has become the norm it seems that each spring, my shoulder stiffens and I experience excruciating pain. Seems that my accident history has caught up with me. This time round I decided I would give chiropractic medicine a go...and can I just say that, my chiropractor is AWESOME!! It worries me a little that she was surprised that I'd never been referred to a chiropractor before, and that it seems my back, neck and spine are in a horrendous state of disrepair....though if it weren't in a bad state I would be even more concerned as such is the excuse for my shoulder. Anyway, I highly recommend chiropractors and massage therapy now, I am 75% better than I was, though I'm still quite anxious about the Adventure Race coming up, not sure how I'm going to paddle, pretty scary since I'm the experienced canoer...!

Turns out also, that I'm pretty good at navigating...who'd have thought!!..

Sooo...Sarah McLachlan was awesome, but then she always is:> the acc left something to be desired however and Sarah cannot play the amphitheatre soon enough..

On the Police application front...postponed...what can I say, my shoulder once again..
September now, at least it'll give me some time to break the news....Decided also that I may give the LSAT (Law School Admissions Test) a shot at the same time...so I'll do a course at the end of August and then write it October 1, two days after the RPAT (RCMP Police Aptitude Testing).

Anyway I think that's a sufficient update don't you? I've avoided all my bad news, maybe I'll share some of that next time, or maybe I never will, denial is a familial trait afterall....Karen the Ostrich...
